- Workflows can ask a question after saving: A workflow can now show a Button popup right after a record is saved, for example asking whether to send a welcome e-mail. Answering OK runs the Button as if it had been clicked; Cancel does nothing. Read more
- See the full e-mail conversation: Synced e-mails now have a Show conversation option under More that lists the other e-mails in the same thread, so you can follow a conversation without searching for the other messages.
