Visualize Your Contacts and Organizations with Map View

SimplyCRM allows you to visualize the geographic locations of your contacts and organizations using the Map View feature. This option is available directly within both the Contacts and Organizations modules. This feature must be enabled from the Simply App Store before it can be used.

Enabling Map View

To enable the Map View feature, follow the steps below:

  1. Click the profile drop-down menu in the upper-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Navigate to App Management, then click Apps.

  4. Scroll through the list to locate Map View, or use the search box to find it quickly.

  5. Click Activate.

After enabling Map View, open the Contacts or Organizations module. Click the Map View button.

The system will display your records on an interactive map, allowing you to easily view and analyze the locations of your contacts and organizations.
