Why Some Products Are Not Visible When Creating Quotes, Sales Orders, or Invoices

If a product is missing when selecting items while creating a Quote, Sales Order, or Invoice, it may be due to the 'Product Active' field being set to No.

How to Fix It:

  1. Go to the product record in your CRM.

  2. Check the 'Product Active' field.

  3. If it is set to No, change it to Yes.

  4. Try selecting the product again when creating a Quote, Sales Order, or Invoice.
